BIRDS OF FIRE

Fusion seems to be a "like it or hate it"-genre. I would like to give this album some attention for its virtuosity, hard "riffs", and melodies. Maybe "melodies" is the wrong word, but what I mean is that it's catchy in the same way as it's complex. The virtuosity here is amazing, and the compositions are very inspiring. Hearing these guys play, you soon realize that this is far beyond stiff tecnical exercises in well- playing. This is steaming hot jamming rock, with a sophisticated touch. High quality entertainment from start to finish. RECOMMENDED!!!!!
