peccatum
5 stars Amazing! After the first audition I was astounded. Devin was able to gather heavy, fury, intensity, experimentation, complexity and humor, in this album. He creates a chaos from which emerges memorable moments. It is important to note the presence of many choirs and orchestrations, giving a good dose of drama to the songs. The guests make good contributions, but I think they could be further explored. Mike Akerfeldt, for example, appears little in the music stand. On the other hand, I enjoyed the participation (although short) of Paul Masvidal in the music Sumeria. So... for me, the best Devin's release under the name "Devin Townsend Project ". My favorite songs are: Stand, Planet of the Apes, Sumeria, The Mighty Masturbator and Deconstruction.

Tonight, it's soda water boys!
