NEWS OF THE WORLD

This record is completely different from the other Queen records. Despite de fact that it has two of the most well known songs in the whole world it's a very dark record. The sound is in perfect sinc with the stark artwork the adorns the record sleeve. As all of this band's records whe have al sorts of styles and sounds. With any other band this would probably sound convuluted and confusing, but somehow they manage to pull it off! Themes like sex, alianation, love and lonelyness permeate this fantastic record. I understand that its not a record for everybody, even among fans of the band its a polarizing issue. But if you give this record the time and efford it deserves you will find its at par with their greatest records.
