Why has no one told me about this band?

Guitarist Dave Beegle sounds alot like Steve Morse to my ears, from the tracks I've listened to. Good stuff, and I didn't see them listed here on Prog Archives when I searched under the letter F, so I posted this here in Prog-Related...





Looks like they only recorded 3 albums and done, last one coming out in 2002 Cry

There was a Fifth Estate as well, whose sole hit was a pop version of “Ding! Dong! The Witch Is Dead”. It may be of interest to prog fans since it incorporates an extract of “La Bouree” from Michael Praetorius’s “Terpsichore”, (I just checked the Wiki article and it even mentions this). Mike Oldfield also covered it as “Cuckoo Song”.

The above, of course, is spectacularly irrelevant, so, since I hadn't heard of Fourth Estate, I'm listening to samples of their music on Amazon right now and am very much liking what I'm hearing.
