As far as individual songs go, I think it equals Loveless, and perhaps betters it in some regards; however, Loveless had a brilliant way of surprising you with one song after another, which this album doesn't have. It's certainly better than Isn't Anything, in my opinion. |

| didn't go out this afternoon so just listened to it on me headphones at home......well i think its great.....its just mbv being mbv......if you didnt like them then then i would imagine some people will find it hard to see what all the fuss is about....but to fair for me it did the job....its alot better than i expected......i grinned all the way through....which aint a bad thing. |

Amen to that.  It's about time Kevin. I think it might have been like the most anticipated album in past 20 years, well that and Wintersun. Loved Loveless of course, but I'm still a bit iffy over this one. The first few tracks were good, but the second half lacked a bit of direction in my opinion. Certainly I think they could have made a much more consistent and stronger effort, especially considering it's been in the works for like the past couple of years. But I feel this is going to be a grower for me for sure. -------------
