Is it possible to subscribe all the topics I post to but not receive e-mails about it?

Yes, either:

uncheck the "Email Notify me of Replies" check box below the edit window when writing a post,

or

In your member profile (Member Control Panel - Forum Preferences) set the folllowing to "No"

Notify me of replies to posts
Sends an email when someone replies to a topic you have posted in. This can be changed whenever you make a post.
 [.] Yes              [ ] No

However, there is no real point in subscribing to a topic and then choosing not to receive emails, because the email notification is the only purpose of subscribing to the topic -choosing not to receive the emails is the same as unsubscribing.

I meant if I could quickly look at my posts just on the site and see if there are any replies and not receive e-mails about it.

You could bookmark the threads on your browser.

Emails are the only way of doing that - but even they are not reliable because you do not get one for every post made in the thread.

Use the New Posts feature. It will give you new posts in all threads since your last visit. Your own threads will show up if someone replied. Less fancy than notifications, but it works.
