Here's one the prog metal guys might want to have a listen to.

Sea Of Skies are a five-piece outfit based around two sets of brothers from Corona, California. They have an official EP release show scheduled for November 12th, but there is already a demo of 9 instrumental tracks available, which you can stream or download from here: http://seaofskies.bandcamp.com/album/sea-of-skies-demos-remastered" rel="nofollow - http://seaofskies.bandcamp.com/album/sea-of-skies-demos-remastered

Band members:
Joey Virrueta- Lead vocals, Guitar
Andrew Virrueta- Guitar, Backing vocals
Alex Zimmer- Guitar
Paul Zimmer- Drums, Synths
Drew Howard- Bass, Backing Vocals

Influences are stated as: Thrice, Artifex Pereo, Periphery, Tesseract, The Contortionist, After The Burial, Animals As Leaders, etc.

The 9 track instrumental demo album is also available to download (legally) from mediafire by following the link "Instrumentals Download" listed under the "Websites" heading, which in turn is found by selecting the "BandPage" tab from their facebook page (see above).

Quite technical sounding prog metal - it should be perfectly acceptable, or so I would imagine...

Thanks Yamman,
An EP will do but demo's I'll skip. Could you 'bump' this thread again when the EP is available?
