Brave man!
I'm quite fond of Michelle (not on your list) as I remember my family had a French student staying with us at the time called (yes you've guessed it) Michelle. I thought (being only about 4 or 5) that the song was specially written for her (ah bless)
So many great songs , no place for Ticket To Ride or Paper Back Writer either ,another two of my favourites and interestingly no place for The Long and Winding Road.

I'm so mad that you enjoy a certain combination of noises that I don't

It's a good list....but the medley absolutely should have made it....and there's no list of Top 50 Beatles songs (that's a lotta songs!) that's complete without "Rain".

I am the ocean
Lit by the flame
I am the mountain
Peace is my name
I am the river
Touched by the wind
I am the story
I never end.

Great list and good to see so many selections from Revolver, my second favourite, numero uno being Abbey Road. If In My Life was in the list, I missed it and if it wasn't, that's one I would have liked to see. But it's Beatles and they have so many  great songs.

And in the end is a classic piece of music, and seems the likely inspiration for the coda in Mr Blue Skies by ELO.
