So this is the thing, I've been wanting to buy a VdGG t'shirt since the first time I've listened to Godbluff, the problem is that i'm from South America and the only way to buy those type of things is ordering from the internet, because is impossible to find stuffs like that in local stores (caribbean country salsa, reggaeton, merengue, etc). So far I have bought many t-shirts and cd's from official bands websites (Crimson, Tool, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, etc), but the problem is that VdGG don't have official clothing merchandising, so I started searching on Amazon or Ebay but the only items I found are located in the UK. So I hope somebody here could tell me about an official (or at least trusted) shop where I can find this precious thing, it has to be in US dollars...
Please help me wise people!!!

Sorry, but I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you looking for a reputable store in the US that has them? Because you're not going to find it: as far as I know the band stopped making them a long time ago so you're only going to get ghetto pirated crap like http://www.zazzle.com/van_der_graaf_generator_godbluff_tshirt-235269874674173304" rel="nofollow - this or http://www.collectorware.com.ar/vdgg_hammill.htm" rel="nofollow - this . You'd probably be better off attempting to make your own. Somebody on this forum successfully did that, I think it may have been Undercover Boy.

Yes, it was me, but it eventually got destroyed in the washing machine. It's probably your best option, though.

Exactly, I thought there could be a trusted webstore that has VdGG merchandising. I found those webs too, but how can I know i'm not going to get ripped off? That's the problem

I remember wearing a custom made VDGG t-shirt the first day of 10th grade and my homeroom teacher started sputtering "V-v-v-v-vaaaannnnnnn Derrrrrrrrrr [he stuttered]...G-g-g-gggggggggg.......!
He dug them. This was like 1980 or so.

They actually did do huge merchandising, and had an official website, when they got signed to Virgin in 2005. They sold tee shirts, hoodys, key chains, etc. I don't know if the link is active anymore, though, I think it probably isn't. At their European shows there's usually a merch table, but that probaby doesn't do you much good.

Well... perhaps I'm too late, but here is the place you can buy original VdGG T-Shirts from - http://www.sofasound.com/orders3.htm" rel="nofollow - http://www.sofasound.com/orders3.htm
After all, http://www.sofasound.com/orders3.htm" rel="nofollow - http://www.sofasound.com/ is the official Peter Hammill website. There is no big choice and you can't even see the T-Shirts, but if you are a real fan, it wouldn't be a problem.
Hope it helps :-)
