Anyone willing to share on how you get those cool images in your signature? Hopefully as a permanent part of the sig?

Hi Sara,
Click on your member control panel at the top left of the page. Go to Edit Profile. In your signature box tap in (IMG)(/IMG). Both of these should be enclosed in square brackets rather than round brackets that I've used here, but for some reason I'm getting a red cross of death when i try to post this. In the space between the two sets of square brackets copy and paste the url of your chosen picture. That should work, although you won't see your sig until you post a new message. Your chosen image will need to be on the internet, so if it's a picture on your own computer you may need to use a photo sharing site like Photobucket. If you notice a link on the left of your signature box to ''BB codes'' it explains how to add various other things. Hope that helps.

You get the red square when you use the square brackets because the forum is interpreting it as an image that you are attempting to post. You can only type [img][/img] when you turn BBCodes formatting off in your post. I recommend Imgur, min.us, or tinypic over photobucket: I think they're better, and they have shorter URLs for if you want to put more than just one picture in your sig. But there are thousands of image hosting websites on the internet these days so it doesn't really matter. ------------- if you own a sodastream i hate you |

Xanatos, it's just a suggestion, but maybe you should tone down the Bjork madness a bit. I suppose the reason why some forum members told you they didn't like you is caused by you seeming obsessed about the addition, and dealing with it in an immature way. -------------

You guys are funny... didn't get the Fripp reference... as far as him being categorically prog... I certainly thought King Crimson is... Fripp doesn't like to be categorized I gather?? Enlighten me if you feel inclined...
But the Bjork thing I think is hilarious. I happen to think she's fantastic... but "Prog"...
 ... NO!Hey... I figure if she can get on the site... maybe there IS hope for a certain band I have a vested interest in.
