Sure everyone has had this dilemma: recorded only a few bars of a song off the radio with no info from the DJ or other about it.
Here's my latest. I know longer have the tape ugh. the song ends in massive synth rock with what appears to be the chorus lines sung as: 'Love of my Life' or something similar.Only recollection that when I taped it it was round 1975.
For sure it is not the Queen song.
The track is heavy with Moog and strings/organ at the end fairly heavy drumming.
I thought it was a Styx track circa 1975ish, Remember that may not be exactly what is sung lyrically.
any ideas

Man, that's a tough one thinking cause it was off the FM at the time no more than 5-7 minutes.
In my recollecting from the dust bowls of my mind I do recall hearing the entire song at some point saying" cool I'll pick that up some day". But have since forgotten anything about it Not sure why Styx comes to mind maybe it was the vocals, but have gone thru a portion of their trks -I am not a big Styx fan- Haven't it found anything yet. AS I hum the only part I remember it is a 4 bar chorus as per drums guessing 4/4 but not your usual pattern. Sorry that's all I can come up with.
