Cannot vote, my favorite track is not there! I liked a track from 'Garage days revisited' or what the name of that record was, most because of the lyrics.. A track started like this.. "I got something to say, I killed your baby today..." and so on :) Bonus for memorable lyrics, anyway. The tracks name seems to be

From these I guess Blackened. Battery and Fight Fire with Fire are close, they had killer tracks opening all their oldest albums. This list doesn't have any of my favorites (at least in my top 5), but Battery is the best one from the list IMO.

Thanks to everyone for the response.
The idea was to create a short list with much fast songs, so I had to make choices. Last caress/Green hell,from the 5 dollar 98 EP Garage days re-revisited,is a nice one. Just like Hit the lights, Motorbreath, Phantom lord, Creeping death and my fave Disposable heroes. From the other albums I like Load the most and,despite the sound,Frantic and the song St.Anger. So, maybe next time a poll with other songs. |
