Hi. I have one question. If i want to rate albums in PA , what would i do? Please help me to do this. Thanks

Just go to the album page of the album you want to rate, scroll down, and the star ratings are available for you. Make sure you are logged in first, and you must agree to the terms and conditions by checking the box there.
However, I would entreat you to write reviews (they needn't be long- I think 200 words will suffice), and that way your rating and review shows up on the front page for all to see, and impacts the overall rating more. The place to write the review is right above the ratings.
