This movie, "Tajna Tretej Planety" or "The Secret of the Third Planet", is an awesome and very "proggish" Russian animation film. It's from '81, but in look and feel it is very psychedelic and 70-ish. Great music, too.

(with English subtitles - there's also an English dubbed version around, but I don't recommend it, as the dialogue has been seriously dumbed down from the original.)
