As far as stage presence, I'd say Mikael Akerfeldt of Opeth and Fish have got to be the choices.

Matt Bellamy of Muse is pretty impressive. And obviously Morrissey, but he's really just a frontman of himself.

Bruce Springsteen has got to be pretty high up never giving less than 110% which over a 3 hour set with few instrumental passages is pretty amazing.
