Welcome to the site BrufordFreak. I suggest that you have a look (and a search) through the " http://www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_topics.asp?FID=1 - Suggest new bands and artists " section of the forum, and a look at the definitions of http://www.progarchives.com/Progressive-rock.asp - Progressive Rock and the subgenres and categories (links to be found at the top of the http://www.progarchives.com - main page ) we distinguish on this site.

I hope this helps you find your way here. In the mean time, I will close this thread, to avoid needless (re)discussion of bands proposed in the past. These discussions belong and can be found in the aforementioned Suggest New Bands section.
