 Hi folks!Another year has passed and ProgArchives continues
to go from strength to strength. I think we can now proudly claim to have
achieved our objective of being the best and most popular Progressive Rock site
on the internet. This is of course due to the efforts of everyone
who participates in the site.
I would like to thank all our members, Prog
Reviewers, Collaborators, Special Collaborators and Administrators for your work
in creating the success story we call ProgArchives. Your contribution, no matter
how big or how small, is sincerely appreciated. You should each be very proud of
what we have achieved. Our mission is of course far from complete, and I am sure
2008 will be another exciting year for us.
I know some of you wonder why I do not maintain a
higher (or lower) profile, and that I do not always respond to the many e-mails and
private messages you send me. I can only apologise for this. The simple fact is
that the technical maintenance of the site and the many enhancements we have
made and have planned do not allow me to spend more time doing this. Please be
assured though, I do value your comments, suggestions, criticisms, even praise,
highly. We are fortunate in having a hard working an dedicated Admin team, who
keep me closely advised of what is going on and what is being said. Please
understand that even if I do not respond directly, I do listen closely to what
you have to say.
As many of you will also know, I became a proud
father for the first time this year, so I have some new responsibilities too! I
am delighted to say that my family is doing very well.
I wish each and every one of you, and your
families, a very merry Christmas and a great year in 2008.

I want to add my best wishes for the coming holidays for everyone else on this site... Tomorrow I'm flying to the USA to spend the holidays with a certain SC you all know and love (not as much as I do, though...), and I don't expect to be seen online very often.
