HI FRIENDS, THIS IS CESAR INCA.

I've just listened to OMNI's 2007 album "Sólo Fue un Sueño" and now I'm going for the second listen in a row. A beautiful album, indeed. It certainly confirms OMNI as a symphonic prog band and not a prog folk one. I hope the Symphonic Prog team (of which I'm part of) manages to solve this inconsistency soon.

In the following minutes I'll be including this album in PA.

         Kind regards.

I heard some samples, and so far it sounds good. Be aware César, they have two earlier albums.

Yes, their two earlier albums are also predominantly symphonic. That being said, there are also notable hints to jazz-rock fusion and world music in their amazing second album "El Vals de los Duendes", but the symphonic essence remains undisputed. It's like they used their ideas for their second album to expand their musical horizons beyond the boundaries of their beautiful yet slighlty inconsistent debut album, and then, for their recent third offering "Sólo Fue un Sueño", they decided that their symphonic style was mature enough to focus their creativity on it.

By the way, which samples have you heard?

     Kind regards.
