I just added Blood Sweat & Tears. On the band page the band name is inverted:

The comma between Blood and Sweat cause the problem. The database uses it to identify a surname. Now changed.
It strikes me as a controversial addition, I thought the J/F team had previously rejected them.
I have the flak jacket ready!
