According to their website, the artists are invited, not confirmed.

Yeah, Leonardo by Rock Symphony replied my email.
He said the artists are just "invited" yet. Only Index, Evolución and Trettioariga confirmed their presence, even with no date yet. Unfortunally, it`s very difficult to me go to Rio. I live to far from there..
