Done, but have a look at the result, Alucard, because I'm not sure precisely what you meant for Tim Hodgkinson.  it was meant to be Tim Hodgkinson / clarinet, organ, piano (13) and the '+' before Anthony Moore was just to indicate ,that he has to be added and does not concern the line up.  ------------- Tadpoles keep screaming in my ear "Hey there!
