HI FRIENDS, THIS IS CÉSAR INCA.

I wonder how on Earth could Témpano's music be catalogued as prog Folk. They actually do an adventurous form of Symphonic Prog with a notable use of elements from Jazz-rock/fusion and RIO/avantgarde. Their more commercial tunes are related to progressive pop with hints to jazz-pop, but I can't see the folk thing in their music. There's no way you can feel that in their debut album or theor last two, let alone their epics written for the multi-group concept discs. Their non-prog albums were not folkish either, they were commerical pop-rock.

How come Vytas Brenner is symphonic prog and Témpano are prog folk? Mmmmm....

   Kind regards.

Um, unless I'm missing something, Tempano is listed as Symphonic...

Yep. Bob is right, Tempano is in Symphonic, I thought we had changed them but I was not correct.

About Vytas Brenner: Geck0 who added him and all the team, know that Vytas Brenner is not 100% Symphonic (Despite he has elements), we discusssed that but being in the master list as Symphonic and feeling he deserves to be included here, we added him.

Most surely will be moved later (When we can manage our limited time, remember we're only four members working on the sub-genre) but it's easier to move him later than to include him.

Maybe if we had help from people more familiar with the Venezuelan Prog scenario, could had been directly added to another genre, but I'm sure he's better in Symphonic than outside Prog Archives.

HI IVÁN.

That's true: it would be even worse to be left out of PA one more minute. Thank you for your quick response.

   We're staying in touch.
