Can anybody tell me who that person in my Avatar is? He's one of my heroes. I'll give you two clues:
1. He sent a Letter to Jimmy Carter asking him to stop sending weapons to the Salvadoran government.
2. He was assassinated by the CIA in 1980 after writing the letter. -------------

He is actually in American public school history books. He's mentioned only once in each of the history books that I have seen from public schools. -------------
