| That Comus album First Utterance has a cover which is the stuff of nightmares. Incidentally, the music is pretty dreadful too (and I generally like prog folk!) |

Strange in the sense of "What the hell was 'the designer' thinking?"
would be Jethro Tulls' J-tull.com, which is like a primer in all
possible design errors you can commit in one small five-inch square.

 -Pretty weird byt I like it. One of my favorite albums too.  FTM artwork is one of Storm's weirder creations. Indeed. Gaboni made some very hilarious covers for Mago de Oz. One can find alot of "subliminal imgaes" in only one cover. -------------

 The original of the above (here, a version sadly mucked about with too much) found in the gatefold LP sleeve of Be Good To Yourself was special. |

I just find it funny that two different immediately identifiable Storm
Thorgerson covers are considered some of his werdrer ones. I think it's
obviously Storm, and neither one is particularly strange if you
consider his oeuvre.

most early Amon Düül 2 covers are pretty weird. my favorite one is of
the British Amon Düül though, for the album "Hawk Meets Penguin". why
do a hawk and a penguin meet on a nocturnal cemetery. and why are there
mines with burning fuses below the penguin and where the hawk is about

That's another Weird/Cool one. I wonder why so many think that this is an imitation Giger, when it's in fact the Real Thing. It's even listed on Giger's site. I wonder what that structure in the background is supposed to be? Makes me think of a Launch Pad or a cockpit of a Bomber |

That ain't the sink the pink album cover i have seen.......the one i have seen is of a naked woman with her legs near her head and the camera is pointing at her groin...it is a bootleg album and if you want to seee the cover it is hiding in here:
