Victor Rivkin - Avant Prog?

I (Victor Brett Rivkin is my real name) am a DIY musician from Atlanta, Georgia and reside in Indialantic Florida. I was born in 1983. I would consider myself mostly a singer but also play a variety of instruments including but not limited to: Embodme Erae Touch for drums, fretless bass guitar, 88 key midi keyboard, ROLI Seaboard Blocks, gemshorn, and fretless electric guitar.

Added to the RIO/Avant chart

It means that your project has been put under evaluation. I can't say how long it will take, nowadays. We are just a bunch of volunteers.

You have been "cleared for addition". We just need to find some time to create your page, but you can help speeding up the thing.

We need to write a short biography, so your input would be very useful.
One picture of you will have to be put on the top of the page and finally, the hardest thing consists in adding your whole discography.

A list of your releases, possibly with information like label, year of release, tracks length, lineup and instruments used is what we usually search for on the internet, but if the artist can provide it we are surely happier.

If you could post these info here, I'd be able to create your page very quickly.

I should be able to supply all of that easily, and will start working on it tomorrow. Thanks! Sorry for the delay, was out of town.

Don't worry, we have taken six months before asking you for the bio...

If that pic above is high enough res, it would be great if you would use it for the top of the page.

Many of my releases can be found on victorrivkin.bandcamp.com : Minerva, Chameleons, That Real Retro Feel, and Subtlefugues (also an instrumental version of Subtlefugues). I also have some earlier work that I'm not super proud of but can try to find information on if warranted. In terms of year of release I think in many cases that information is lost, I had to reissue when I switched from Distrokid to Soundcloud for distribution. Minerva isn't on Apple Music, Spotify etc yet but should be fairly soon. I earlier wrote that this was a Do It Yourself sort of project, I have studied some music at the college level and continue to take vocal lessons, but I have been the only contributor to this music other than the AI generated visual art for Minerva.

My main instrument is voice, but I also play a fretless bass guitar, fretless electric guitar, alto gemshorn, hand pan (just on Madness to the Method so far), 88 key MIDI keyboard and several ROLI Seaboard Blocks (which is an MPE MIDI instrument) as well as the Embodme Erae Touch which I use to record MIDI drums. The recording sessions? I suppose can often be seen in the music videos I publish on Youtube. I also have done the mixing, editing, recording, etc for my music as well.

Some information for the Bio: I was born in 1983 in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. I reside in Florida also in the USA. I have schizoaffective disorder (which is a mix of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder) but it is well treated with prescription medicine now. I originally set out to be a writer, majoring in English/Creative Writing until I got an Associate of Arts degree at which point I switched my studies to music. My favorite bands include acts like Agent Fresco, dredg, and Muse. My favorite singer is Arnor Dan Arnarson of Agent Fresco. I also study singing vocal impressions, which is why my timbre will change from song to song.
