Paul is already well known here as a founding member and lead guitarist in the band IZZ, and he has actually been  https://www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=107530" rel="nofollow - suggested before , just after his second solo album "The Witness" was released in 2016. Paul was added to  https://progfreak.com/artists/14927" rel="nofollow - progfreak  at the time by DAVAST, but I've no idea if any evaluation was carried out since no Crossover team members commented in the thread, and there's really no other sub that this music could be considered for.

The album features nine tracks, topped off by a five part CD closer entitled 'Last Exit Before Toll'. 'The Witness' features Paul in the studio, backed up by some excellent musicians including IZZ bandmates Tom Galgano (keys), John Galgano (keys, bass), Greg DiMiceli (drums), Brian Coralian, Anmarie Byrnes (vocals), Laura Meade (vocals) as well as some other fine players. It was released by Doone Records in a digipak with a 16-page booklet in 2016, but has recently been put on Bandcamp (6th February 2023).

Paul has stated that despite the involvement of several of his IZZ bandmates, since he wrote all of the music and lyrics himself he considers 'The Witness' to be a solo album, albeit perhaps possessing somewhat of an Izz flavour.

His first album was called "Wombsong", and was released in 2003. This is a very intimate and emotional disc with a Celtic-inspired late-night ambience. While a few other musicians lend a hand including two other IZZ members, this is primarily Bremner on electric and acoustic guitar, keyboards, and percussion, with lovely female vocals on three tracks. Paul originally hails from Glasgow, UK, but has been based in the US for a good many years now.
