Feel free to vote for a band in this list that you enjoy no matter how limited your knowledge, and despite how many you might enjoy, and I have opted to not make this multiple votes.

For me it's especially between Art Zoyd, Can and Cardiacs, with Wolf City and Made in Belgium being some other particular favourites, but there are various others I very much enjoy in the list.

Today I will go with Art Zoyd's Phase IV.

I could vote for three-four albums here, tough choice, I'll get back to this.

Nice idea for a poll. Thumbs Up
I was thinking to do a series of polls with bands for every letter of the alphabet. It's a big endeavour I guess, i might do it. Smile

I've only heard 9 out of the 25.  I voted for Big Big Train's Gathering Speed, although their best albums came after that.   I also considered Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, Help, and Chicago VI would be my runner ups.

It's between Caravan and Amon Duul II. I went with Caravan today.

Much good stuff here, particularly by my usual suspects Art Zoyd, Cardiacs, Can, Camel, and Amon Düül II. Also nice to see Bohren & der Club of Gore listed. I'll however give a surprise vote to Caravan because I'm particularly fond of that album.

I'm wondering how Chicago VI can be Chicago's 5th album. I assume we are not counting Chicago Transit Authority as part of the run even if the band themselves didWink

I am counting Chicago Transit Authority as the band itself did. Chicago VI is Chicago's sixth (as they ordered it) but I an not counting Chicago IV because it is a live release: See https://www.allmusic.com/album/at-carnegie-hall-vols-1-4-chicago-iv-mw0000651035" rel="nofollow - At Carnegie Hall, Vols. 1-4 (Chicago IV)

^Yeah fifth STUDIO album, but fourth overall. That wouldn't be the last time they did that with their numbering.

Future Days, just ahead of Mirror Man and Phase IV.

Mirror Man is a bit of an anomaly as it was the second album recorded by CB and the MB, but the fifth to be released.
