Just to share this with you, just found; it's work sessions for David Sylvian's Brilliant Trees album featuring Ryuichi Sakamoto, Holger Czukay, Jon Hassell, Mick Karn and others. Pure gold for me, maybe nice for some of you, too.

So cool! Thanks for sharing, Lewian!

What genius to think of collaborating with the likes of Ryuichi, Holger, and Jon Hassell! (Of course I'm listening to Side Two of Brilliant Trees as I write--one of those rare PERFECT sides and perhaps my favorite side of music ever created for vinyl.)

Hi,

Nice ... super nice to see these folks working, and how much the music meant to them beyond just a song!

It's also nice to see how David Sylvian ended up in Ryuichi's albums, and if you have not heard it yet, put on HEARTBEAT (the title song especially!) for a heavenly treat. And Ryuichi says that this trilogy (Beauty, Heartbeat and NeoGeo) was all a string of experiments ... well sumo wrestling has a theme song I would think!

Their combination is very good and then some ... it's like they know how to complement each other!

Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!
