Portland, Oregon's Rainbow Face proudly carry the banner of progressive rock while treading the waters of experimental rock and post-punk. As their name suggests, Rainbow Face constantly bombard you with musical colors as a galaxy of timbres, sounds, and styles swirl throughout each of the eight tracks on their debut album, Stars' Blood. They have been compared to Red era Crimson, '70s Pink Floyd, Cardiacs, and Sleepytime Gorllia Muaseum with hints of Magazine, Nick Cave, and Joy Division.a

Recent reviews: "it was very, very long since I heard such a strong debut in our beloved genre, this sounded so much more mature, playful and more thoughtful than a first album release" (Jan-Erik Zandersson, universeumnoil.com).

"Rainbow Face's debut is an album that is defined by pure perfection. This is a piece of art." (Raphael Lukas, MangoWave blog)

"An album apart, but oh so interesting...8.6/10" (Alain Massard, profilprog.com)
