I have been getting this error a lot over the last 2 days when logging in: -

Sorry, only members with sufficient permission can access this page.

A security error has occurred with authentication.
Please ensure that all cookies are enabled on your web browser, and you are not using a saved or cached copy of the page.

I haven't changed my browser configuration at all and I'm getting it in Firefox and IE. After a few attempts, I can usually log in as normal.

Anyone else had this problem?

Glad it's not just me then - anyone know what's causing it?

Yep, I think there are some serious errors creeping into the DBMS. I had this problem with the security error earlier this evening when trying to change info in my profile. Active topics is also playing up. I go to the all active topics link from the home page and get a normal list of topics. When I enter one of these topics and come back, everything is gone, or there are one or two topics there in the active topics section. If I get out of the site and come back and go to active topics again, there is the complete list again. I was also able to update my profile by not going to any posts first.

I haven't had this error for a few days now. Maybe someone rebooted the server?
