Hi All,

Would one of you be so kind to admit Broken Parachute to ProgArchives? Our new album 'Living Dangerously' is out this Friday and is getting a nice buzz on various prog sites. Here's the youtube promo:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QhszFzpGV0E
and here's the bandcamp site where all the tracks are fully listenable:
https://brokenparachute.bandcamp.com/album/living-dangerously

Broken Parachute features:
Marcus Taylor (guitars and other instruments) from Kashgar
and Ben Bell (vocals, keys and other instruments) from Gandalf's Fist, Patchwork Cacophony and other prog groups. All those groups have progarchive listings and albums reviewed.

I'm also happy to get mp3s of the new album directly to anyone who would like to do a review.

A formal description of the band (albeit tongue in cheek) is:

What would happen if Deep Purple and Yes had an illicit encounter under a Porcupine Tree?*

Marcus Taylor (guitars, bass, percussion) and Ben Bell (vocals, keys, other bass) were keen to find out and so kidnapped James Chapman (drums) then set about trying to brew a love potion to bring about the happy union.

Living Dangerously - released May 31st 2019 - is a Sonic Cocktail on the Rocks, blending equal parts Classic, Progressive, Jazz and Blues and cheekily spiking with a whatever they found lurking at the back of the cupboard. We hesitate to ask, but it was bright orange and it may have curdled. This sonic potion is possibly illegal in most countries, and ultimately was never imbibed by any of its intended subjects, yet it remains a 100% Broken Parachute Original, never to be repeated, and is guaranteed to leave a mark on both your listening habits and furniture.

*No iconic prog rock acts were harmed in the making of this album.

Kindest of thanks,
Marcus

Whoops. Apologies Rivertree (et al). I'll see if I can delete the thread (although it does contain more info and links than the previous suggestion).

It's wasteful to delete the thread provided by themselves, so I've moved this to "Welcome artists".

And welcome aboard. I guess you would be cleared for addition anytime soon.
