Jason Bekker - Triumphant Hearts

Jason Bekker was once a talented guitarist..  He is now disabled and suffers from ALS.   He now writes and composes music with the help of friends, family and the use of a computer...

He has now released a new album called Triumphant Hearts which is a combination of Symphonic/Classical and Blues..  I very much highly recommend this album as there is no dull moment through out the album.

Another album I recommend is 1995 Perspective

I love him, I've bene listening to him since 1988, just after the Cacophony project with Marty Friedman... the new album is extremely varied, with tracks ranging from orchestral classical to soul/blues rock songs... and more guitar orientated instrumentals...  I never saw such an array of fantastic guitar players on the same album...
Btw, iIt is Jason BECKER, not "Bekker"...

I'm a huge Jason Becker fan but can't say i like this new one too much. Too sappy for my tastes. There are a few good tracks but for an album that has like a million guest guitarists i'm disappointed that there aren't more guitar oriented songs and the vocal ballads make me cringe.
