It's too bad they were never formally released, but they are online. Kind Spirit (tied with "Don't Take Me Alive" for my very favorite) The Bear There are some other good songs.. I read in a book that an engineer accidentally erased some stuff, and Fagen just walked away from Steely Dan for over a decade.. Can't say I liked those last 2 albums, sounds very made in the factory cocktail jazz. Even the one semi-decent song from each album got old after a while. |
