It's only the second appearance for RF. I think it's a strategy to get back some of the long time Rosfest goers maybe.

Well, I am not associated with RF(other than an attendee) and don't have any insider information or anything. I just like to share information. You can go to the Rosfest website every so often just like I do. ;)
