Hi everyone

I'm Dimitris, Greek, and I would like to share with you my first song to be officialy released, featuring G.Paloumpis [cover pic] as the lead vocalist. It's called "The Show went on" and we would like to dedicate it to everyone out there that believes that no matter what, in the end, the show goes on!

Hope you enjoy it

Hi Dimitris
Are you sure you're in the right place? I gave your tune a spin (two actually) and to me it sounds like very well produced pop music.
I wish you and your band all the best but just thought I'd point out the fact that members on here generally go for prog rock

Thank you for the spin Guldbamsen. I hope my posting it here doesnt break any rules of the forum... If it does, feel free to delete it!

The fact is that people into pop consider this a non-pop song [because of structure, counterpiont, multi-layred sound, lyrics etc - there is not even a recuring chorus, it changes every time], and people into rock tell me it's not rock [I wouldn't say it's typical rock song too]! Someone told me it's gerne was "musical", even a "disney-film" sort of musical, and my label has uploaded it in a site or two with "world music" tag in it's description!

I'm still not sure this is a good sign or not - but I think I like the fact that depending on their background people have different views on it.

Anyway, did you like it? Regardless of the "gerne" "tag"...
