Solar Wind is a progressive metal band from Far East of Russia. 
Band formed in 2009 (in Blagoveschensk). At the moment, the band recorded two studio albums.
Many guest singers from well-known Russian and Belarussian progressive metal bands were involved in the production of the second album

^ Maybe you should just give them a break instead of pushing new suggestions their way. They have about a thousand suggestions on their plate.
Good rule of thumb: if your old suggestions haven't been picked up on, then don't do any new ones. Try helping out with bios and other material to get the previous acts in ( if they indeed have been approved of).

The Progressive Metal team is the most busy team with a lot of bands to evaluate. Looks like plenty of young musicians are into the Metal style these days...
