trouble uploading

Whenever I try and upload a pic from either photobucket or tinypic, I
only get the pic icon which then "cracks" in front of me. What am I
doing wrong?? (See example)..and what's "&nb s p;" all about??  &nbs p; &nbs p; ------------- HAROLD THE BARREL He knows the price of eveything and the value of nothing!! |

The URL for that one to be in the form http://tinypic.com/atrq7a - http://tinypic.com/atrq7a , I've not used tinypic so I'm not sure how it all works out while uploading.
