Hello everyone, i'm here to share with you my new project, a fun mix of Krautrock, Drony folk, Prog and Pop Experimentalism, all sung in french. It's my first time sharing my music with the world, i do everything by myself, it's a bit lo-fi, but i'm exploring and learning while i compose and record, hopefully, you'll like it ! Choucroute has vocals, Les Yeux Crispés is totally instrumental.)

Jeezus I just LOVE stumbling across the coolest stuff hiding in the wallpaper of this site. While everyone is walking down the hall to the main stage I hang a left down a dark corridor and find things like this. Reminds me of some of the mid 1970s Italian avant garde cds I have but with a modern sound. Last two tracks were my favorites. Nice work Basil!

I'm listening to Brasser le Temps as we speak. I really dig the snuffling chu chu beats - remind me of Harmonia with a modern twist.

Opening track has droning flutes, sparse beats - when the haunting melody kicks in, and beats pick up. Vocal break in the middle, with staccato guitar, brings some immediacy.

Terminal has a pretty intense intro, with some dissonant chords and off-kilter beats, leading into some dream synth pads and gurgling bass synth, surrounded in crystal bells and distant koto.

I'm digging this stuff!

The drums and bass have a sparse intensity, lots of airy synths, and the leads are nicely understated. Sometimes a bit like Tortoise, sometimes reminiscent of When the Eagle Flies-era Traffic, sometimes a bit Floydian, sometimes Devo poppiness. Chill out supreme.
