I just listened to Clear a couple of days ago. Each of the first four Spirit albums is indispensable to me, though Clear is probably the most disconnected of the four, having been partially derived from sessions where they did soundtrack work (years later memorialized with a reissue of "the Model Shop" soundtrack, which I still need to get), resulting in a more instrumental-based album than usual. ^ That's how I feel. I'm a Spirit fan and Clear is my least favorite of the first 4 but still has some nice bits on it...imo. ------------- One does nothing yet nothing is left undone. Haquin |
