   Rest are a four-piece instrumental prog rock / metal group from Cork.

They've previously released one LP ~ Burning in Water Drowning in Flame ~ and an EP ~ Operation: Impending Doom ~ on Out On A Limb Records.

They've toured with and supported the likes of Isis, Cult of Luna, Baroness, Torche, Oxbow, Explosions in the Sky, Red Sparrows and Zu. 

The band released its newest album, I Hold The Wolf, on double heavyweight vinyl in February 2013.
