I've been hosting a radio show at my local community station in north Georgia for about 4 years now. WBCX has a long history of being a jazz station but things have been changing over the past 4 or 5 years or so. I began doing a late night rock show in the college tradition, but over the past year, have been working in progressive rock cuts into the mix, since a fusion show began prior into my late night show. I have been using the Prog Rock Archives for research and all of the contributers for thier insight into bands I ihave yet to hear. You guys and your reviews have been a real help, and since January I have commited to playing ONLY progressive rock genres for the entire winter to see if peopel are receptive to it. So far it's been kind of quiet, and I've only had one call concerning the change so far, but it was a semi-positive call from a listener. The show is Midnite Radio on Friday night's at 11pm (EST)- 5am.
