That aren't actually kids bands.

My three year old daughter loves Squirrel Nut Zippers.

My favourite bands when i was a kid ....Aphrodite's child, Moody blues, Pink Floyd,Beatles, Bee gees,Creedence clearwater revival, Iron Butterfly,and a few bands from Europa you probably don't know.....

I've hooked one of my nephews on They Might Be Giants.  Of course they've done a bunch of kids' albums anyway.

Another nephew likes the Beatles.  You're not gonna believe which song of theirs is his favorite:  "The Ballad Of John And Yoko".

My two year old son loves the old American Music recording of 'Froggie Went A-Courtin', as well as Laurie Berkner - lots of Berkner.
