Doesn't look legit to me.....
let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword

It's put out by the same nefarious folks from Classic Rock (possibly under a different name). Avoid.

By the way, I don't mean Classic Rock magazine, I mean the company Classic Rock who put out dvd's against the wishes of several artists (they've had lawsuits against them, etc: Fripp has railed against them, and I know personally that Hammill does not have them on his Christmas card list either).

On his Sofa Sound website some time ago, Peter wrote the following: ".....Some of you have written to ask about an upcoming release you've seen listed, "Transmissions". It won't come as much of a shock to learn that this is (once again) Classic Rock trying to flog a dead horse. This is an audio CD of the Belgian TV and Godbluff DVD. It is, therefore, clearly not up to an audio-only release and is yet another attempt to confuse the unwary. By now I've lost count of how many different names this company have put this material out under (indeed, I'm now rather confused about how many different names the company itself has had....). I would advise NOBODY to buy this product. By the way, Classic Rock are in default of contract with and owe VDGG considerable royalties......"

I know that Phil still has a few copies of the VdGG bio in stock (the one that the band members contributed to and approve of) over at www.vandergraafgenerator.co.uk (excuse the shameless plug!)
