They definetly sound familiar.
Try Liquid Tension Experiment or Liquid Trio Experiment the music sounds similiar but I cannot promise you if those songs are actually their work.

Yeah, it definitely sounds like Liquid Tension Experiment, but I'm not sure if it really is since the guitars are not really that similar to Petrucci's and the keys sometimes remind me more of Derek Sherinian than Rudes, though I only have LTE 2. I doubt it's Planet X since it lacks the jazz substance.

Or maybe it's just one of the billion Dream Theater clones playing instrumental, and if that's the case, you better forget that one day you'll discover the band's name. Wink

Hehe yes  you're probably right.
It's no way LTE or Planet X. Thanks anyway, it's probably an unknown band or an ealy demo from someone in the industry.
