Has the progmetal team ever considered Heir Apparent for addition?
Band similar in sound with Queensryche and Crimson Glory of the mid-late 80's. Mostly based in heavy/power metal but their masterpiece One Small Voice involves the use of keyboards and complex arrangements. Heir Apparent discography: 1986 - Graceful Inheritance 1988 - Triad (demos released at a later date) 1989 - One Small Voice The band was active 2-3 years ago giving concerts in Greece and Germany but unsure about their current status. |

I remember them being somewhat borderline progressive, but I have only listened with a half ear if I have to be honest. I´ve added them to the PM chart on ProgFreak for evaluation: http://progfreak.com/home/progarchives?path=pm/nw&block=2

^ borderline progressive is probably a good description... their debut is a rare gem although One Small Voice is considered their best effort (somewhat different to the debut)

After some thought, I have voted Yes on Heir Apparent's addition into progressive metal.
