   I'm trying to figure out what artist wrote this album. I can't find it anywhere and I dont know the name. 
The cover has a boy walking with a stick over his shoulder with a handkerchief attached to the end (as if he is leaving home) There is a big mushroom in the bottom corner and possibly a tree? I'm trying to remember because I heard it sometime ago but forgot the artist and album name.

If this sounds familar please tell me who this is by or what the album is called so I can track it down.
