This band, in the truth does not belong to the ProgRock, but in this album of this Brazilian Post-Punk/Pop-Rock band, developed a spotless progessive work. In relation to Legião Urbana, are you (1) just recommending them to be heard or (2) suggesting them to be added to Prog Archives? If (1), then the topic will remain here; if (2) the topic shall be moved to Suggest New Bands/Artists.
For the first case, I'd say that LU is an average band whose sound might please some people.
Still, for the second case, being Brazilian and knowing this band quite well, my vote is NO (not even remotely to Prog-Related).
