I was looking for Green Carnation's LODDOD Cd online today and my usual sources don't have the song for download (ok, it's a 60 min album/song, I can get that) but then Amazon has $35 for the lowest price to get it. maybe it's temporarily out of stock, I'll search some more.
 
Where do others go to get their music?

I got my copy used for about $8, from a brick and mortar store.  Guess I lucked out.
