On this specific computer, I rarely am able to log in to my user (it worked this time) It tells me on the main message part that I logged in successfully but still says up at the right that I am logged out, and I am unable to post. Occasionally it will work but most of the time it doesn't. On other computers it works great every time...any idea of what it could be? (I have never had this problem on any other forum/website)

There are a few previous threads in this section relating to similar problems. It would be worth having a look back at them for possible solutions. I think one of the ones which works for most is to delete the PA cookie and let it create a new one.

Me and many Dutch friends who visit Prog Archives are forced to visit an add with a certain Dr. Fix about computer problems and then thrown away from the site, very irritating! It happens 7 out of 10 visits Ouch ! Some have stopped to visit Prog Archives because of this problem...

That happens to me when I use Firefox as my web browser.
