a view into all new releases

   Up till recently, I think, the top chart of an year included mostly all
albums released in that year (of course, in the limit of a top 100).
Right now, only new albums that are reviewed get viewed in such a top.

My question goes in like so: how can I have a view at 2007 new albums
(cause that's the year and the action in request), by a simple scoop;
or; how can the top 2007 include "2007 releases", instead of "2007
reviewed releases"?
